News March 2007Manometro ChronographGiuliano Mazzuoli introduces their first chronographThe Watch Quote™ - March 27th, 2007 Two years after the launch of the world famous Manometro, Giuliano Mazzuoli introduces their first chronograph. The quest for pure and exquisite design has resulted in a very clear dial to read and easy chronograph functions to operate. The counters are off centre, having been moved anticlockwise around the inner bezel, whereas the pushers are fitted on the left of the robust steel case. The “reset” button at 8 and the “start-stop” at 10 are neatly positioned low into the case and personalised with the engraved Giuliano Mazzuoli logo. The black or ivory dials are protected by a sapphire crystal glass, fitted with luminescent hour and minute hands whilst a sporty touch is given by the red and silver coloured counter hands. The Manometro Chronograph performance has been enhanced by the use of a prestigious Debois-Depraz, automatic bi-directional, 42 hr power reserve calibre 2030 movement. All covered by a closed back held to the 45.2 mm case by 8 screws, 4 of which also secure the beautiful hand sewn lizard strap (black or brown). Two well designed steel “wedges” provide a clever support to the strap as it neatly slots into the case.
