New loft in Singapore

The Loft showcasing Richard Mille timepieces is now located at Singapore most coveted address -Nassim Road, a place perfectly located between the distractions of the city and acres of green

The main floor is multi purpose-built into:
- a large modern living lounge area with wall display sections
- a special screen off room for watch enthusiasts to view the timepieces in a more intimate and private setting.
- a show glass wall where clients can view the expert technician working on their timepiece as part of after sales service.
The upper deck is an open terrace built simply for clients to relax and feel the calm and stability of the surrounding urban jungle.
The main entrance is flanked by two 2.6 meter high three dimensional extra clear glass features.
Set in tonneau-shape, each 12 mm thick glass signifies the different parts to a Richard Mille timepiece:
- the sapphire crystal glass,
- the dial and
- the movement.
Sandblasted by hand, it emulates Richard Mille most complicated signature timepiece, the RM 008, Tourbillion Split Seconds Chronograph.
Parts of the walls are fitted with full height tempered glass, treated to light the room with natural sun-bright but cool light.

To give a luxurious yet racy finish, other parts of the wall are wrapped in specially-imported soft-touch material from Europe before finally hand-sewn with zips spanning 4.6 meters from floor to ceiling.
Backwall showcases finished in black ebony wood framed with hairline stainless steel are designed to curve ergonomically to symbolize the infamous Mille watch case.
A high technology lighting system has been fitted. The main ceiling pendant is a mood light; programmable to emit different hues of light via remote control while the table top lamp power is governed through contact of the human touch.
But what is a store without service? Staffed with a team of watch professionals, the Mille Loft is equipped with services to turn the facility into a private dining room for their exceptional clients, should they wish to host a private gathering in its intimate setting.
